Plot Outline: A stoner and his dealer are forced to go on the run from the police after the pothead witnesses a cop commit a murder.
Plot: Lazy court-process clerk and stoner Dale Denton has only one reason to visit his equally lazy dealer Saul Silver: to purchase weed, specifically, a rare new strain called Pineapple Express. But when Dale becomes the only witness to a murder by a crooked cop and the citys most dangerous drug lord, he panics and dumps his roach of Pineapple Express at the scene. Dale now has another reason to visit Saul: to find out if the weed is so rare that it can be traced back to him–and it is. As Dale and Saul run for their lives, they quickly discover that theyre not suffering from weed-fueled paranoia: incredibly, the bad guys really are hot on their trail and trying to figure out the fastest way to kill them both. All aboard the Pineapple Express.

Plot Outline: Set on a long English summer in the early 80s, Son Of Rambow is a comedy about friendship, faith and the weird business of growing up.
Plot: SON OF RAMBOW is the name of the home movie made by two little boys with a big video camera and even bigger ambitions. Set on a long English summer in the early 80s, SON OF RAMBOW is a comedy about friendship, faith and the tough business of growing up. We see the story through the eyes of Will, the eldest son of a fatherless Plymouth Brethren family. The Brethren regard themselves as Gods chosen ones and their strict moral code means that Will has never been allowed to mix with the other worldlies, listen to music or watch TV, until he finds himself caught up in the extraordinary world of Lee Carter, the school terror and maker of bizarre home movies. Carter exposes Will to a pirate copy of Rambo: First Blood and from that moment Wills mind is blown wide open and hes easily convinced to be the stuntman in Lee Carters diabolical home movie. Wills imaginative little brain is not only given chance to flourish in the world of film making, but is also very handy when it comes to dreaming up elaborate schemes to keep his partnership with Lee Carter a secret from the Brethren community. Will and Carters complete disregard for consequences and innocent ambition means that the process of making their film is a glorious rollercoaster that eventually leads to true friendship. They start to make a name for themselves at school as movie makers but when popularity descends on them in the form of the Pied Piper-esque French exchange student, Didier Revol, their unique friendship and their precious film are pushed, quite literally, to breaking point.
Crazy Credits: We know about 2 Crazy Credits. One of them reads:
Watch right till the end of the credits to hear a few additional lines of dialogue between Will and Carter.
Goofs: We know about 7 goofs. Here comes one of them:
Factual errors: When Will watches the pirated version of First Blood (1982) that Lee illegally filmed in the cinema, we see the cinema-curtains open on the films first-credit. All films screened in British cinemas at that time would legally have to start with the British Board of Film Classifications classification certificate directly before the start of the film.
